I Believe that is Laira if im not mistaken, I Have been there a few times on different workings & Different traction, But im not 100%, Thats not my "Patch".

It could be the "end of the line" in Cornwall, commonly known as Penzance, though I haven't been down there since about 1976, things no doubt have changed since then.....
