Guys, I am no slouch when it comes to tracing assets for a route, or at least I haven't been up to now, but this one defeats me :( .

The problem is not identifying the sites, so much, as the assets within those websites and working out exactly who the author is, and whether or not it is the correct asset. Seems daft to download virtually all the houses, for example, from the Dutch site, just to make sure you have the correct ones.

This is clearly a beautiful route and I have been following it closely all the way through, but it seems to me we are into the asset hunting that has been the bane of Trainz.

My asset folder is large (very, very large in fact), but there are approximately 300 items listed by RW that I don't have. Hate to admit defeat, but I am...

Me too - the links in the Word document just take you to the site, not the file(s) needed - can anyone identify exactly which files we need, please?

My railway photos are now on Google + - links to the albums are in this thread http://forums.uktrainsim.com/viewtopic. ... 9&t=149558

Lots of steam and early diesels from 1959 to 1963.

Getting crashes in the #9 map with this one. Plus the other issues I see listed. I'll revisit this one once the kinks are hammered out. :)

With me there is no water. Water is the default content, so I wonder why there is no water? Is there anyone else with water problem?

No Vlado, I have water, but I start off the Free Roam 100m underground! Also, It'll be a while before I have it fully functional with payware trees to buy and a bunch of other assets to find.

So far, though, it looks beautiful even with some things missing.

#9 map crashes each time as well.

Looks as good as we thought, but RW-Tools tells me I'm missing >280 objects. :o :o :o

Quick fix is to download the asset packs for the Castle Rock Renfe (Spanish) route and for the PML (French) route, then delete the route (if you want). This will give you many of the missing assets. You also need to download just about everything in the "Trensim.com" and "Railworks.it" object downloads.

That got me down to under a 100 outstanding items.

Hope that helps

Sorry Bazza, Carbonia is landlocked, you'll have to wait for Gor's BPT route to get to see all the ships.

Hi - could you give links for those two routes.

I started downloading assets from the documented list of sites, but I've given up again. So far I've downloaded 36 files of houses and 14 of industries from the Team Train-Sim, 30 houses and 18 industries from Dutchrail.eu, 8 that might be rural buildings from Trensim.com and 3 files from Railworks-cz. Life is short.

If anyone needs the links from the Word document, I've copied them to here:

Hi,

At the bottom of this page http://www.railsimulateur.com/index.php ... version-20 you'll find links to many of the assets for Castle Rock Renfe.

Here is the assets pack for the PML route http://www.railsim-fr.com/forum/index.p ... category=3.
