NYMR

Post by KeithBridges »

Hi
As most of you will know in railsim I tryed to make the nymr and it did not work that well but now I am going to have a nother go at it. But unlike the line I have made befor I would like it to have a route template and its own loading screen. So I was wandering if any one wants to make a route template and a loading screen for the line? Aswell as that one of the major points that make me give up the the last time I made the line was tarrain, so aswell I was wandering if any one wants to help me get the DEM of the line into railworks? If you do want to help me can you please send me a pm. Thanks a lot.
thanks chris :D

Sorry I can't help much on the loading screens ect ect, but I'm glad to hear you're starting it up again! I look forward to seeing it when it gets underway :D

My Heartbeat Moor is already a "proto-lanced" version of the NYMR...

This is great! If you can get this throughout the entire route, it's going to be a winner! Are those custom assets going to be used for the final route, they look as though they were made for this route, particularly the platform signal box.

Btw I think you will find the street view of Pickering in Google maps very useful - it's quite comprehensive.

Hi guys
Not sure if you know of this resource but the unofficial NYMR forums have signalling diagrams, route profile and bridge diagrams for the Pickering to Grosmont. There is also some info on the EVR section to Whitby and I'm sure if you ask nicely you could get diagrams for the EVR.

And I will defantly have a look on the nymr forms aswell the line might not be freewear i might make it so the line can raise some money for the nymr's brigde and weels appel.
