Just Trains say it is something in RW that is the cause of it, RW Tools does not show any missing stock at all so to me,
it may very well not be the route.
In fact, I was asked to hold on 'till RW fixes the problem, in view of Dereks reply quoted here, he knows nothing about it.

A little bit off topic, I bought this route on Friday and overall I'm very pleased with it, some nice touches and you do get the feel that you are driving the route (which is important).Nice to see the hotel/restaurant with the old carriages between York and Thirsk too :)

I do however have one constructive criticism, if I may. Regarding the catenary, I was very disappointed to see that the awful default catenary was used over the 4 lines, I can except this with freeware but I did hope to see better in payware, I noticed over bridges etc. the correct catenry was used, like an italic 'L' shaped arm, but why not over the 4 lines?

Now I'm no route builder and I imagine replacing these would be a nightmare! I believe there is a website (can't remember the URL) which has many different types of catenary, I guess it's not a simple case of downloading a near match and replacing the files names to match those default ones in the route or editing and xml file to look at my preferred catenary.

Anyway,as I say, that's my only gripe on what is otherwise an excellent route - here's hoping the 91 and mk4's arrive ASAP.

I'm having similar problems with scenarios that came with the recent 'bargain pack' that included the Jubilee, Hall and 8f, namely Mendip Coals (Can't find destination-Wincanton Siding 2, Calm Under Pressure ("many failures see logmate", route blocked etc.), Helping Hand and Helping Hand (worn) ("can't find destination -Chilcompton 1; Wellow Siding 1; Route Blocked etc.). In all cases the wheel slip symbol also appears as it does for Gav. I have changed nothing in the route, neither adding or removing rolling stock or scenery items. I discovered these deficiencies as soon as I had downloaded it and tried each scenario in turn.

On their website's FAQ for this route, it actually states the following...
I am encountering errors when using the Tornado Tribute, Wensleydale Convoy and Eaglescliffe Diversion Part 2 scenarios

We are aware of issues with these scenarios. Our development team are investigating the issues and we hope to address them shortly.
Intel Core i5 4670K @ 4.4GHz # Gigabyte G1.Sniper Z87 mobo # Samsung EVO 840 SSD # MSI Nvidia GeForce GTX 970
# 16GB Corsair 1600MHz RAM # OCZ ModXStream Pro 600W PSU # Corsair H80i CPU Cooler # MS Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

We have now released Service Pack 1 for Newcastle to York Modern, which fixes the scenarios and also updates the signal/TPWS placement. This can be downloaded from the support section of the Just Trains website at http://www.justtrains.net/faqs.asp?drdProduct=222

Thanks,

Simon,

If you would like to drop details to support@atomic-systems.com then a news article could be published to the front page of this site alerting members who don't frequent the forums to the release.

I had a strange problem with the route just after I installed the AP7-8 scenario pack. I drove the first scenario from Newcastle down to York but when I got to the right hand bend at the bottom of the hill on the way up to Chester my train left the track and plummeted through the ground. It's like the problem in Rail Sim at Ealing Broadway, where the track just wasn't there, despite paths working through it correctly.

This is what I mean:

You can see the track is 'there' because of the lack of buffers and the AWS ramp. I reinstalled the route several times to solve this; but now some of the TPWS grids are missing, and those that aren't have the links placed behind the signal link, so when running through a single yellow I get emergency brakes come on. It's rather odd.

Has anyone had any trouble with the Royal Mail train scenario after installing the update? First time I tried it aborted with a train confliction error. I suppose I ought to play with the editor and see what caused it...

We became aware of this issue this morning and have found a solution which appears to fix it - this will be tested further and the Service Pack will be updated to include this scenario (which strangely doesn't always fail to load and had been tested as working fine before we released the update!)

Sorry for any inconvenience.

Thanks,

Simon

After Reading the posts I decided to try the Royal Mail scenario,
I get the "unable to Resolve Clash" popup.
Its a lot longer than that but I'm sure you understand it.
Thank you.

Sent this to JT support today:
__________
The SP fixed the AWS trigger at the signal just south of Darlington. But, since SP1 I've been having a new problem with NY Modern:

I'm getting some kind of loft bump problem running northbound about 1.8 miles south of Darlington. See this picture with the error message:

Image

It doesn't happen every time I run the route, but about 1 in 3 times. I've never seen this error message in any other route. BTW, in the pic that's a southbound AI on the opposite track. Any idea what this error is all about?
__________

Also getting AI creep on trains heading south from Northallerton to the Doncaster portal. Signal problems? This was not happening before SP1.
