I know that! When I say the network was slowing the train I mean by cutions and red's that the driver should responed to but could't due to possable brake issues. Also that is providing TPWS and Vigalance were isolated and on a main line I'd be supprised if it was so with the likes of TPWS if the driver doesn't responed then the system/network would stop a train. Which now am not sure but in an emergancy situation would the driver not cancel such "protecting systems
