Re: Steam Bonus route now available
I have been away from home over the Christmas period and only discovered today that this 'Bonus Route' had appeared in my installation. Curious to see what it was, I loaded RW and then one of the TestTrak Scenarios and RW crashed. The same happened with the second scenario. According to RW Tools - Error: Badly formed XML document. File: ../API\core/cFxException.h. Line: 113.
Any suggestions what this is about?
Mike

Hmm, I think I'd suggest asking Steam to verify local files and/or delete blueprints cache.

Re: Steam Bonus route now available
Thanks for the advice Paul.
I regularly clear blueprints, especially after installing new assets. Yes, the Steam local file verification sorted it out. To be honest, I have been reluctant to do that because of my concern what that might do to payware and other modified content. Anyway it worked, but suggests that when the TestTrak automatically installed itself, it was itself corrupted or corrupted the 66 files identified as unverified. I shall now check if the verification has screwed up anything itself.
Cheers,
Mike
