Error message!

hi fols, im trying to install the small stream.rpk file

when i open the package manager and then click the package, the another ones comes up

"your railsim install directory could not be found"

then "please locate railsim install by clicking on brouse below"


whats the default route for the file? ive gone into the railsim folder but all that was there was the package manager????
