help with conversion

hey guys

i've got the distances for the route i am building but how can i convert say 1 in 37 into the number with a decimal place in it where RE shows the angle of the track?

i can't come up with any sort of mathmatical equation that will give me the answer... :-?

any help would be much appreciated

Or if you're happy to use the nearest step the RE will allow without tweaking it by holding down end, try here (gradients is the last section).
