help with conversion

hey guys

i've got the distances for the route i am building but how can i convert say 1 in 37 into the number with a decimal place in it where RE shows the angle of the track?

i can't come up with any sort of mathmatical equation that will give me the answer...

any help would be much appreciated

If you want to be precise about it:
