Contacting trainsim central support

Hi everyone.
Does anyone know how i can get in touch with the support people on trainsimcentral please?
I have been waiting for my account to be re-activated because i have changed my e-mail address.
It says on the site that you can contact them via pm if you need any support, but to send a pm, or post a message on the forums, i need to log in, and i can't log in because my account needs activating!
I am in a viscious circle!!
