Help BVE 4 wont start

Have instlalled BVE 4 and Microsoft .NET framework but keep getting this message popping up when I try to run bve 4.



Bve.exe Common Language Runtime Debugging Services Error

Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

Any ideas,
