Just a few questions

Another popular Train Simulator with the notable highlight of being freeware! Also note the new OpenBVE version with many new features - well worth a look!

Just a few questions

Post by rtracey »

Can anyone tell me why the 95 tube stock speedo displays speed as km/h but the C stock and 72 mk2 stock displays speed as mph, its a bit of a pain trying to work out how fast i`m going! The trains in question are the ones available at TSC. And why can`t I shut the train doors when I want to? i`m just about to close the doors & bve beats me to it. Can anyone tell me if its possible to play about with bve & if so, how do I do it?

The 95 stock displays both km/h and mp/h. The top line of numbers are km/h and the bottom figures are mp/h.

To shut the doors yourself, right click when the blue bve screen loads up, selct option, then user and select developer, you will now be able to open and close the doors by pressing F6.

I run bve in developer mode, but the doors still open & close automatically but I can control the doors manually if I open and close them straight away without letting any passengers on! The train that I want to have manual door control is the 95 LU stock.
