Ashford - Otford BVE Route Help

Post by johnallisonbve2 »

Hey all!

I am having trouble installing the BVE Route for ASHFORD - OTFORD. This is because it is not a .EXE file, but a .ZIP file, and doesn't self install. Can anyone help by telling me where to install to??

Cheers

Extract the contents of the zip file to a place on your pc but not the bve folder, then you should see a folder named, Seast , which you should copy to the objects folder in bve 2, and a folder called, SoutheasternV1
which goes in the route folder in bve.
Hope this helps.
Terry.

Did you install the route in the correct bve folder?
this route is for bve2 so if you are trying to run it in bve 4 you will get the error that you are getting.

Well as long as you installed it in the correct folder and you are clicking on the bve 2 icon to open bve, then I dont know what else to suggest as it runs perfect for me.

Thanks for your help king.

Just went and explored everything and noticed that the objects went into the wrong folder.

Thanks again.
