I'm surprised that no one has made a thread about this one yet. I should be there all 3 days this time. I still even have my "UKTS" badge from last year (although its a hand written one). Who else would be going to this one?

I might even bring my laptop, would that be allowed?

Im planning on being there all 3 days, health permitting, and will probably have Callum Presley in tow. There's usually space for one or more extra machines / laptops so please bring it along :)

Same here.....all three days.

I'm likely to be bringing along my desktop PC rather than my laptop, as I have FSX loaded as well as MSTS so we have have a bit of variety.

To answer a thread opened up elsewhare, here's a link to a site with a map of Brighton.
http://www.visitbrighton.com/home/maps/default.asp

The conference centre is on the front between the two piers...in fact between West Pier and West St, which is the road that runs up to the station.

I hope to attend as many days as possible, but can't guarantee to make them all, the cars being a bit funny so dont want to rely on it too much

But hopefully will be able to bring a bigger and better SWL for the Brighton show :)

I'll have to hide mine or you'll be eyeing it up for spares again :)
Still we can have another Dorset Coast Steam Challenge - youve had time to get some practice in now ;)

Ahem! I believe it was me who threw down the gautlett at Aldershot Laurie! Don't forget though that we will be diverted via Portsmouth on DC5 by the time Brighton arrives - so some new route learning will be required from the drivers.

Hi Mark

Nice to hear you're coming along for all three days..

The PTH is Newhaven, which is a few miles down the coast 08701 977 192

The Brighton PTH is a few hundred yards from the Exhibition Centre....but is more expensive and there's no car parking.

If you're coming direct to Brighton on the Friday, there'll be a spare seat in one of the cars back to the hotel.
