Damn it! You're right (well, of course). I'll get that sorted.

Hi Jon
Looks as if I will be coming along. At least I've put the date in my diary.
Some more food for thought as content for sessions:

Also, a little question, would it be possible to record footage of the talks held at the exhibition ( along with the other stuff aswell ) and then perhaps release a dvd or such after the event?
I am very eager to see the talks, but cannot make it due to distance from the venue.....as I'm sure is the case with many others on this forum....so this could avoid anybody missing out on anything interesting.
Thanks
Jonathon

I won't be able to attend as I will be up to my neck in University work, but I would like to see some of the presentations.
Extending Jonathon's suggestion - most conferences in the business and academic world make the presentations available on a CD, or through a website (sometimes password protected so that only people who went to the conference can access the material).
Obviously the full backing of those participating will be required.
Regards,
Dan

As already mentioned (I think anyway), a full DVD of the presentations and displays at the event will be made available around 1 month afterwards.
Thanks for the link Doug. KRS were down to do a talk at one point. Tim is giving one on texturing - I'll pester him and see if I can get him to do another one, or see if anyone else would like to do one.

The posters (non-colour, so differ from these on the web) have arrived from the "printers". If you are going to an exhibition and would like to take some for me, then please PM me your address and I'll get 50 in the post.
Thanks allot

Happy to let you come with a friend - about a PC I think so, but I need to get the final hall layout sorted - but yes, probably.
About publishing, please do not put up around the town. The poster is really for the show only - and I know that was a few months ago - so no, but thank you. Local advertising will come later through a couple of papers.
Thanks again for the offer though!
