For official shows the exhibition organiser must contact Pete Peddlesden (leviathan1949) here. They will receive a set of exhibition notes and are then left to formally invited UKTS. I dont think Pete usually makes the first approach. I suggest you mention UKTS exhibitions to the exhibition manager and see if he is interested.
For an unofficial show your best bet is to get all the information together then make a post here with a request for help and see how many volunteers you get. Then you can decide whether to do it or not.
