Sam - if you can wait until the show, i'll be able to show you how to write activities. Im sure there will be time and the public often find it interesting to watch too.

Thanks Matt for the point about the exhibitors badges. I should have mentioned that I always assume im going to have to pay the admission fee, its not a chance to get into a big show for free. If there's a badge going then thats great. And as Matt says, they are for genuine helpers who are staying most or all of the day to help, not just people popping in for half an hour to say hello.

I haven't minded paying in the past AND helping out at the stand... And thanks for the exhibitors badge last time I attended. I'll pay my way again this time as I intend to see a lot more of the show than I usually do... Maybe even spend some cash! :o :o

Matt, will we be able to walk past without paying if we have the UKTS badges which you normally give us? Somehow I've still got mine from Aldershot, but will that be sufficient or do we need a proper 'Exhibitors' badge. I'd hope to get there before the doors open so might be able to sneek past if not. :P

No, you will need the Brighton Exhibitors badge of which Matt has been allocated only six. Matt's already said he can reimburse your entrance fee IF you help out for most of the day, help pack up, etc.

I think the entrance fee is only about £3, and it's well worth it as it's a cracking exhibition.

I should be along on the Saturday at about 12h00, trains permitting - it is a bit of a trek from Poole to Brighton, changing at Soton and Eastleigh.

I can help out all day and help pack up afterwards like at Aldershot last year, although I can only attend onday, not two/three.

why do they need to pack up on Saturday?
Usually on the intermediate days the only packing up required is to the laptops / shuttles and projectors - the high value kit. They are taken away each night for security. The rest of the stand is left until the final day.
