Certainly interesting but Westbound I see 5 trains between 17:00 to 17:42, whereas in real life there are 10 between 17:00 to 17:36, so perhaps the AI drivers and signallers still need a bit of refining?

Perhaps those services are run by class 180's or 387's and are therefore omitted from the game?

There are lots of services missing, like the xx48 from Reading and xx42 (to Reading) from Paddington which are booked turbo workings.
The 1706 & 1806 from Paddington are also missing, these are booked for HSTs

I like the look of this service mode. I always wanted something like this for train simulator.

It is better than I was expecting to be honest. Bit weird in places like two departures at 1600 - the 1C88 is in fact the 1636 not 1600 as shown. Plenty missing but is a reasonable start and will have to do until we are able to edit
Also, until actually released I suppose we don't know this is the final version.

Is it actually suppose to represent the real WTT or just mimic a WTT?

Got my order in, all ready for Thursday.
Bit confused though, do I need to have TSX Heavy Haul installed to play or will this install be separate?
Many thanks,
Nick

I think you will have to have TSX Heavy Haul installed as you need that to be able to run Great Western Express from what it says about it, they may change that in the future who knows.

I think they are missing out by not making it with the main game,I ave no interest in getting the CSX game so I won't be buy the GWR pack,if it had come as the full item I would have bought straight away, now I will wait for some other British or European Routes are made,I think I will soon get bored with it as it is at present

I think it's clear that CSX: Heavy Haul contains the core files for the TSW game, so, any future route, whether it be British,
American, German or whatever, will require those files and the CSX route.
At the preview price, why not buy Great Western and enjoy it and ignore CSX Heavy Haul if you wish.

According to Steam, when I look in Steam Client at TSW: CSX Heavy Haul, it says that DLC GWR is installed. It doesn't list CSX Heavy Haul as a DLC.
So it needs the base game, of CSX Heavy Haul, in order to be able to play the GWR route.
I don't mind my self, but I can understand that if you don't have it yet, have no interest in it, and have to mind the money you spend, this Cavan definitely be an issue.

Maybe they will take TSW in the direction Railworks/TS has gone in that a core update every year where the core will be known as TSW and will be available to buy with which ever routes are available at the time, also wonder if they will introduce loco/stock only dlc too which can be used on the already existing routes, but I guess that will probably be better after they implement a scenario editor.

Yes, I do expect that this will be the way they'll be going.

In the comments on their website there's certainly been a mention by one of their staff about adding 387s at a later date; presumably to GWE.

Would have been nice if they had included a class 332 for the Heathrow express as part of the route.
