TSW vs TSW 2

Post by Muggles »

Is TSW and TSW 2 different products...
or
If I have TSW 2 will the TSW routes work on it.

Also...is there a community workshop for people to make routes and share them...like TS20XX has.

TSW and TSW are sold as different games although the main difference is that TSW2 uses a newer version of Unreal Engine.

If you have any TSW products, most of them will work in TSW2. It does not work the other way around, so TSW2 products don't work with TSW.

If you are looking to buy for the first time, I would recommend buying TSW and any of it's content that appeals to you plus the base TSW 2 game. That way you get the best of both worlds. Hope this makes sense.

There is no official workshop for TSW or TSW2, although there are some people who are managing to "unofficially" create mods.

Do you have to 'import' TSW content into TSW2, and if so, how?
'Why is it that the railway station is so far away from the village?'
The local pauses for a while, then replies:
'They thought it would be a good idea to build it next to the railway line.....'

No, as far as I'm aware, any TSW DLC's you own will automatically be installed with TSW2.
