Hi,
I noticed the feature in the "Check routes and scenarios" to first "List stock used byt all scenarios".
Then from there I click "Check for missing stock"
What I would like to do then is do a stock substitution for ALL scenarios that are missing that stock for that route. However the only option that is there is to "Remove selected scenery items" - although I think in many cases this would actually break the scenario especially if it is a player controlled train.
I know I can go to edit scenarios and swap stock for all in one particular scenario, and then save it, but it's quite slow to do the processing, saving, for every scenario.
Is it possible to get this feature sometime in future to do substitutions across all scenarios in a route?
Or does RW Tools come with any command line tools that I could maybe script such a thing?
Many thanks

Re: Swapping stock on a grand scale
I had a look at this some time ago, (in fact from memory it was actually in the original RS_Tools), however the option was never correct and caused a lot of problems so I removed it.
I will have a look again when I have time.

Yes, such a facility would be extremely useful.
I've just been editing a scenario downloaded from UKTS for the Class 91 on ECMLS.
Loads of AI consists to change which I had to plough through one by one, changing from EMU to Passenger
and back again several times. Took me ages!
