Hi,
Its not the QD stock that is any hassle its the other stock in the scenario which causes it to fail to toad that I wish to swap.
I haven't looked in the help yet. Life has taken a forward step. will get back to it later in the week.

Hi All. Excuse me for bumping an old topic. I've swapped out some steel bolster wagons with AP's BZA plus a few other items of stock using RW Tools in the DPS Northern Steel scenario. It now appears I have no missing assets but the scenario now crashes TS2014 when trying to load.
Now a few questions:- The steel bolster wagons were part of the player consist. If the scenario required me to drop of that consist and says "drop off wagon numbers XXXXX" then because the wagon numbers are now different will that crash TS2014? I believe reading the HELP (after doing the swap

) it may do. And:- As the BZA's are AP's does RW Tools automatically add them to the asset selection?
PS. I'm reasonably new to RW Tools so any guidance to do things there will need to be a bit basic. And. The other items of stock I've swapped are around reskins I don't have or a wagon type and I've swapped like for like.
Regards Fadster.

There is a tick box in the scenario editor screen of RW_Tools 'Don't Change numbers when swapping stock' if you use that one, the numbers should still work even if you swap wagon types.
TS2014 might crash if wagons are a different size to the original, thus causing the train to be longer and overlap points or platforms etc.
RW_Tools does not, from memory, add Providers/Products to the ScenarioProperties.xml file, but I don't think this causes a crash as hundreds of people use this option and I have not had problems with that.
