Which AI trains to place?

I am planning to make a scenario for the London-Brighton route for the 1A64 service from London to Brighton and want to add AI trains. The problem is that this is my first scenario and I have no idea which AI trains to put on the route and which ones not to.

Can anyone help me?

I do use RTT, but most of the trains I see there won't be seen from my perspective.

I'm not sure what you mean.

Let's just say I'm not good at picking the right trains to include for my scenario from the timetable. I mainly use TOC(s)' own timetables and RTT for information not included in the timetable.
