OK that puts you on moderator approval under section 4 of the code of conduct regarding the use of all capital letters and section 3 about posting in good will. If you are annoyed about something then it is best to walk away for a few hours and cool down before posting.

This was going to be dealt with privately but since you chose to make it public I will make public the reply also.

1. Your website is potentially deceptive since it appears to be a site for booking rail tickets. It doesn't matter that you have a disclaimer on it that it is not a real railway company. Google will find it and members of the public will potentially think it is a real site.
2. Your website does not have any privacy policy or other contact information on it other than a "Contact us" page that solicits email address information without any indication of what you will do with it. This is not acceptable and will not be linked to from this site.
3. Yes, there are tons of "virtual" bus company sites out there. UKTS did host Alt-Bus and Alt-Rail but repeated stupidity from some of the members involved resulted in multiple complaints from real world companies to the site owner. These included some serious complaints about misrepresentation involving registration numbers of fleet vehicles being for sale when they were not in the real world. Those forums were made private and subsequently fell into disuse. There were other factors in that that are not relevant here but the lesson was learnt - real world companies don't like misrepresentation of their brands and are not afraid to take action.

From what I saw in this thread you clearly have some artistic talent but why you need a fictional website is beyond me. UKTS is not here to provide a springboard to your site. If you want to reskin things and upload them to the library then feel free as long as you have the relevant permissions. If you want to use UKTS to drive traffic to your fictional website then that is going to end badly.

Free speech is an illusion. You may think you have the right to say what you want on the internet but the website owners carry the can when you start to attract the wrong kind of attention. You, personally, could also be liable for damages if you are perceived to have damaged the reputation of a real world company.

Your choice if you stay or go.
