Hi all,

After a long time away from the route this afternoon was spent working on the area around Rowington Junction, the line between the junction and Henley in Arden was closed in January 1917 and lifted in May of that year. However a short stub was left to store withdrawn rolling stock today the scene has completely changed with the building of the M40 which runs parallel to the mainline, the pictures are of work in progress.

What you have so far looks really good. I like the way you are painting the textures on the ground, very natural. What's the track you are using ? I like its slight dirt near the lines, looks quite realistic and really helps set off the whole route.

Chris the progress so far is looking great.
Looking forward to more progress pictures and the route.
The Banbury Cheltenham Spa route is on my wish list.
Would love to see it recreated as the area has diverse railway operations.

Thank you for the comments!
Currently I'm not planning on including the Leamington to Coventry line in full, I have laid track up to Milverton station but that's as far as it is going for now.

Thanks,
Chris

Work is still progressing but very slowly, only one pic to show for it at the moment.
