Hi everyone I seem to be having a little issue with the uk pro signal speed numbers on the signals, they keep staying on 0? First off I place them down and link them onto the track they show up the speed limit fine everything went to plan but after switching off my pc last night and re opened the game today the speed numbers have gone back to 0? Any reason why this is doing what it's doing?

Cheers, Ian.

The signals only show the speeds as a default automatic thing when first placed, when you reset the sim the numbers revert straight to 0 because you haven't given the signal an official number. Double clicking on it will open a new flyout on the right and you can give the signal a number which will then show on the display boards

Hi new issue with signals, I'm using the F14C I have done the links correctly I assume lol but I don't know where link 3 goes I don't understand that as there are only 2 routes so can someone tell me where to place the 3rd link as I'm stumped.

Cheers, Ian. :)

The signal you have picked is intended for 3 routes - Straight on, left and right, that's why there are 3 numbered links. Obvious solution is to pick a signal that only has 2 numbered links.

the C part is for the calling on triangle of lights shunt signal, when you press Tab it enables you to enter a platform or siding that already contains stock or a train. as for the other 3 links, link 0 next to signal as usual, link 1 the straight on route link 1 left link 3 the right hand route and the C bit will light the lights if any route is occupied by pressing tab for permission to proceed.

Ok this is what I've done is this correct link 1 going left off to Rugeley Trent Valley and link 2 and 3 going right to Wolverhampton?
Plus this is the signal that I used as that is what is used in real life.

I also have another sort of problem with another signal (G L4A) on Rugeley Trent Valley. Now the obvious good news is that it shows green (clear) but doesn't seen to function right I switch a junction to another track so the line was closed at that point and the signal won't turn red (danger)? I even placed another train on the same track further up the line and still stays on clear? There are junctions up the line was I suppose to use the G L4A 1T instead?
But even so if I end up having a track that is straight all the way with no junctions the signal isn't going to function right any advice on this and how to fix it?

Hi everyone I need to know are there and OFF signals available for Railworks? I've found the banner ones but cannot find any with a post joined onto it. Are there any or is it just worth me making me own post with the code numver logo on it and place a banner OFF signal on top?

HI again everyone I seen to be having a little difficulty getting this signal to work correctly, funny enough it's the only one that is giving me issues every other signal I've done has worked wonders.
It's an LA4 F4 C signal and it doesn't seen to be lighting up the feather 4 signal when I switch the junction I have done everything correct with the links but for some reason it doesn't want to know?

Here is a screenshot of my 2 links.

Link 1 connects to the down slow track as there is a junction on that track that you can't see in the image and the 2nd link is for the 3rd line which is the down fast track but weirdly as I said previously doesn't seen to light the feather when I switch the junctions?

Any advice cheers, Ian.

Try bringing the links closer to the end of the point work, make sure the point work and following track are separate entities; cut the point on all three sides and re weld it. When testing try to start one signal block before the signal you want to test to make sure the section knows you are there.

I did what you said and still the same, I have noticed that when I have switched junctions I've gone through light and reversed and then the feather lights up but only when I do that.
The image I've sent you a little bit up the line the track ends (portals) is that the reason why it's doing what it's doing because track isn't continuing to other signals along the line or not?

I think I have worked out the reason why the feather wasn't switching I think it was because of the previously junctions behind the links I placed, in Stafford the junctions before the links I have placed are used for other trains coming the opposite direction and I think it conflicts with the links further up the line anyway to get round this or not?

Cheers, Ian.
