Wowsers again, Fakenham. Lingwood is my favourite station on the line - the station building is actually now a private residence. Looks so real.

Some more progress east - we arrive at Acle, the last stop before Gt.Yarmouth.
Shot from the flyover, just to the west of the station - looking towards the station itself..

Looking the other way, towards Lingwood. The old Goods shed still present..

Very good look but pedant mode on.

The down starter is about twice as tall as the model you've used. Also there is a path between what I assume used to be the stations masters house and the station buildings, they look like they are joined together in the screens!

Oh yes - Acle is definitely as good as the other stations so far! Incidentally, I think I'm right in saying that the line curves just out of Acle and then is dead straight all the way to Breydon Junction and is one of the longest sections of dead straight track in the country.

Not quite. It curves out of Acle, runs straight for maybe a mile or so, then there is a slight kink at Stracey Arms, then it runs straight all the way to Breydon Junction.

Thanks dave. I've done that run a couple of hundred times and never noticed the slight kink .

Nice to see that signal in the last pic weathered up ,have you reskinned them?

Dave, yes, unfortunately there isn't a taller variant of that signal - I've tried the resize tool, but it doesn't work properly. I may just find a post of some description and plonk it on top of that. Regarding the path, there is a gap (if what you mean is the way out) but the angle of shot obscures it.

Newbouy, yes, I've had a go at reskinning some signals - looking at some photo's of those semaphores, they seem to be rather weathered/rusty!

Bailey,the signals are file 18479, but I have reskinned them to give a more weathered feel.
