I just love the level of detail you go into with the scenery, puts some other routes to shame.

I thought the pictures of your Norfolk Lines were very good, but this route tops that.

If the forum had a like button, I'd be using it now! :D

Hmmm. AP posting screen shots of an almost complete route that looks very much Anglian which I seem to recall you were also working on and in the mean time your work on the Birmingham area has gone quiet and now new screens appear! Probably just a conspiracy theory but awesome work by all none the less!

Thanks Hasan, excellent cab ride videos those.

Thanks for the comments Steve and 37114..regarding your theory - nope, the AP route has nothing to do with me. I've a feeling it's something to do with gypbrc, but time will tell.

Regarding this route (Birmingham) I'm in the process of ripping up the track between Leamington and Moor Street as it somehow became corrupted - the good news is that it will now have superelevation as the old track wasn't laid with easements - silver linings and all that. New trackside textures are also being implemented...

Looking good. Re the corrupt track are you using any kind of version control? I would highly recommend you do if not it will get you out of trouble.

Love the tyre tracks next to the line. One of those things I can't get in MSTS but hope appears in OR.

Really enjoying seeing your work on this route, please keep the pics coming.

Cheers Rich, Niall.
Yep, backing up as much as often as I can Rich.

Some more revamping of scenery further up the line...

There's a big, big difference between backing up and version control.

If you've not already done so I highly recommend you read this article http://forums.uktrainsim.com/viewtopic. ... 9&t=124745 and implement what it suggests. It will save your bacon!

I've been watching the progress of both this route and the Norfolk line route and they really are mouthwatering pieces of excellence.

I really cannot wait to press the download button to get these routes, the attention to detail on both is just superb.
Class 40's enjoyed their working life so much they whistled whilst they worked
