I used a brittania loco and had a little run up and down then I had a problem which is nothing to do with this route,I found I could not uncouple the coach next to the tender so tried another loco but same thing does anyone know why this is happening please.
It's yet another bug introduced in TS2014....

You cannot uncouple anything connected to the tender of a steam loco using the HUD based coupling menu/tool

Your only chance is to click on the coupling itself with the mouse pointer in either the external camera view or the coupling camera view... even this sometimes doesn't work though!
Why couldn't the steam loco sit down? - Because he had a tender behind.

It's a glitch that's been introduced with the last upgrade. I don't know whether there is a work-around.

Hello all,x I was going to give you a telling off but your right in what you have done, the Folkestone habour line does not connect directly to the main line I thought it did so I looked on google maps and your track is right it goes into a siding is Folkestone harbour not used anymore ?.

Hey Tornados.

I thought when I first built the route that there had to be a triangular loop for Folkestone, but surprisingly there never was. You're not alone :)

and Yes the branch is not used anymore, and the branch is set for an official closure early next year.

Unfortunately it isn't the North London Line, however that one is on the cards for the future.

Well i'm gob smacked iv'e seen pictures of usually 3 or 4 r or pannier class locos top and tailing boat trains out of Folkestone harbour because of the climb and cannot believe there was not a direct link to the main line, how many coaches would the folkestone harbour take ?.
