Question about Semephore Signalling

Post by xguerra »

I'm trying to do the Semaphore signalling at North Weald and signalling has never been one of my strong points.

How would you signal, on a single track branch line, a single diversion that splits into two sidings, followed by another single diversion into an adjacent platform.

.........if that makes any sense?

Thanks.

At a diverging point, either a junction signal will be used, or if the line is simply for shunting, a shunt signal will control that direction.
Have a read here: http://www.signalbox.org/signals/semaphore6.htm. Should tell you what you need to know. :)
