Hi everyone I've just started to create my Chaseline route (west midlands) and as I'm new to route building I'm not to sure how some certain things work.
I've been joining track up and I always end up wth the buffers connecting with the other track, how do you delete the buffers?
Also I hear there is a wield button for join track up together does anybody know where it is or what to click on?
Chears, Ian.

Re: how to delete buffers and wield a peice of track?
You really ought to have a read through RW Creator Manual_Web.pdf in Manuals/DE in the Railworks folder. You will easily win back the time spent doing it.
The weld button looks a bit like a target, but with white L instead of the cross. You need to fly pretty close, then you see a grey cube, click on that (after you selected the weld tool).
What you do to "join" track and then still see the buffers is hard to say. Maybe search for "converging junction" here.
There are also lots of tutorials stickied on track laying floating around here.

Hi Ian
Quickest way is to check out the tutorial videos on YouTube, links on the support section of the RSC site.
The join tool is largely useless as it just breaks the track somewhere else when it moves the track to join.
