Ah, so it's complete? And may I have a few screenshots of Heathrow?

Hi All
When you add to your routes does the Great Western Main Line: The Extension override the Oxford - Padd route.

As the route hasn't been released yet, it doesn't do anything! That said, I would very much doubt it will overwrite the default route (every time Steam did an update it would break the new version), jivebunny will have cloned the default route so the extension will be an entirely separate route that just happened to start out using Oxford - Paddington.

Bit off topic, what is the link to the Eurostar train?

I think that JB was upgrading and old MSTS model with permission to be used as AI/and or depot filling.

The base for JB's extension was done by Keith Ross and requires his WCML-N route as well as North East Coast-route, both from Steam, in order to work or actually look correct. JB's work is still FAR from finished...let's all hope he gets back on it later on. :)

Neither the route, nor the Eurostar have been released yet.

Hi All,

I'm fine, just not had any time whatsoever for simming over the past few months! I've been reading up on TS2014 today and I'm looking forward to the GE integration that it will bring us. Just hoping that you can tweak the overlays manually in certain cases where core routes might have been built miles out of alignment... Ahem!

I'm keen to start this up again though and will probably be looking at drafting in assistance from others to get the project and all of the sub-projects finished off at some point before the human race dies out...

In any case it's good to see I can count on people to hand out correct answers on my behalf! :)

The only unanswered question I think is for the Eurotunnel Class 9 - it's still on my hard drive, in pretty much the same state as in the screenshot. One day...

Hi JB! The route's good, although I do reccomend using GWML only assets, how's the 373 for North Pole Depot? And can you fit it with a cab that is functional and passenger view?

Also, when will the 333 be released? I also suggest making a clone and removing the side dest AND repainting in HX livery to make a 332. :D

Hi great work!
A bit of advice which if you wish to take your welcome to!
I think that maybe it would be a good idea not to bother extending the line at the current moment and continue as you have been doing this amazing work on the GWML. So that, this way the actual "Core" route gets to look as it should do, this would also give you a chance to model Paddington station! Once this is done and its up to you I would consider releasing to members, and praps having a break! :D as I'm sure after all this hard work you have been doing you could do with one! Then I would finish the Eurostar and 333 so there then "ticked" off (at least the 360 is already done!) then if you wish to extending to Swindon, Bristol, Newbury & Colts mainline then its up to you!

Once again great work, and I hope that this advice(which I hope it at least sounds like) helps you!
Best of luck CR

err...

Why are people suddenly offering advice on a route that is already 2 years into it's construction?

Seems a bit disrespectful if you ask me!

The screen-shots prove that Jive is a more than capable modeller... and both clearly knows what he is doing and the size of the task he has taken on.
Why couldn't the steam loco sit down? - Because he had a tender behind.

Surely people are free to offer advice in good faith as you are to heap praise upon the modeller. It's a sorry forum where people are criticised for giving advice, might as well close this site down now!

Well i'm sorry if it seems disrespectful in your eyes but unless you have never release a route it is a lot of hard work and can be very stressful, I understand this and am trying to help the creator and take a bit of pressure off him after all, we all need to help each other now and then otherwise what would the world be like.
Im sorry to Jivebunny if my advice has upset you or felt disrespectful but 2 years is a long time plus the fact that excited members seem to want a rolling new channel!
