Although that shot does clearly point out a gripe I have with RW in general, the horrible transition between track, balast and the ground, shame really

Just before their final withdrawal from the S&D BR allowed for a 2P to be repainted back into S&DJR Prussian Blue for a farewell train along the line. Here it is seen from a high vantage point leaning round the curve in Lyncombe Vale just before it tops Bath Bank in Coombe Down tunnel.


If only all problems on the big railway could simply be TAB'd past...
