Hi,
I already have :- vR_BR111_Vrot_EL/vR_BR111_ORot and vRBR111_SBFV1(Whatever this one is). Is this latest offering the same as the "vR_BR111_ORot" I already have?

Those are the older version of the 111 (the SBFV1 is the cream and orange S-Bahn one).

It is the same loco - ie a DB BR111 but it is a newer model from VR and is supposed to be more realistic to the real locos

I have only traveled behind and took pictures of these locos so I would not know if they are more realistic to drive or not.
So I did not bother when they were released and I am unlikely to purchase this loco

The notching system is more accurately modelled, together with numerous improvements and the loco model is new.

- To me - the older BR111 and the BR111 2020 look very similar so I cannot justify the cost for something I already have in the game.

Not saying you should, just saying what is different for those who may be interested.
