Hi, I am writing a scenario and I used the following 101
RSC\Class101Pack\RailVehicles\Diesel\Class101\BRBlue\DMBS_HC\Class101_DMBS_blue_hc.bin
RSC\Class101Pack\RailVehicles\Diesel\Class101\BRBlue\DMCL_HC\Class101_DMCL_HC_blue_nd.bin
Does anyone know where these came from please?

I think those DMUs came in this pack
https://store.steampowered.com/app/2225 ... DMU_AddOn/
In my \railworks\Assets\RSC\BritishRailClass101 I have those vehicles

Did that pack have the headcode version?

The versions with the _HC suffix have the same installation date as the other items in the pack
Have a look in your version to see if they are the same

It looks like it might be the original, and now retired, class 101 pack

I just check this pack on Steam -
https://store.steampowered.com/app/2225 ... DMU_AddOn/
And the manual on the same page tells you how to set up the unit number, headcode and destination
6.1 BR Blue with Head Code
These units have a vehicle number, head code and destination board which makes a 20 Character code. If the code is not exactly 20 characters then nothing will display.
Example of a code with a custom destination:
M12345
2B@##SHILDON##
Key:
M12345 Vehicle Number (Can also use ‘z’ for special Scottish region Sc)
2B Head code (Capital letters and numbers can be used)
@ Transparent. (This is assigned a letter for pre-defined destination boards only, see below).
##SHILDON## Destination name, # is Solid Black, can numbers and capital
letters

Yes, in the RSC\Class101Pack folder structure.
The ones in RSC\BritishRailClass101 may have the same name, may look exactly the same, but that doesn't make them the version used in the scenario.

Thanks for the replies, when doing a scenario which is the new pack that you tick RSC\Class101 or RSC\BritishRailClass101?

Thank you everyone. Just for the record Peter, I don't think I was right in saying headcode. I mean't the display boxes under the windows not the ones above.

You were near enough and I knew what you meant
I think they were route codes - a bit like what the Southern region used
