I've raised a support ticket with AP.
It is not a problem on their site, it is a Paypal issue. Seems that PayPal does not manage to relay payment details in good time right now. I had the issue with RSSLO and after a few hours the payment came through. On Steam I was unable to pay through PayPal at all for quite some time.

It may be PayPal, bit I think it's deeper than that. After my PayPal transaction was confirmed it passed me back to AP's site which then didn't do anything but log me out! I signed back in to find no products in my download area and my cart still not checked out. So I went through the process again with the same result. I didn't get any email notifications either. I've now find I've got two PayPal transactions and three credit card charges, so it's going to take a bit of time to unravel. About 30 mins after I got an order confirmation from AP saying that there was a delay in processing PayPal transactions so I wouldn't get my products until they got paid, but it didn't say on which site had the problem.

Even if PayPal has a problem I would expect AP's site to at least inform me in real time that the order had been received and was pending.

Hi,
wonder if paypal have been hacked. Just received an EMail, supposed to be from Paypal saying my account has beeen limited and to visit paypal-limitations46.com to rectify the situation before enforced closure. Needless to say did not do as invited to do.

But nobody needs to have hacked PayPal to send you a mail from a spoof address. Have you reported it to PayPal?---https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/s ... rt-problem

Hi,
thanks lads for the confirmation that it is yet another scam attempt. Totally p***** of with these Asian scammers. Just taken 5 months to get recompense from PP for a scam originating in an advert on FB, and in my mind given credibility by having the pay by PP logo.

I don't know what went wrong with my purchase, but AP sorted it out the next working day. The products are now in my account and I only have one PayPal charge now.

All's well that ends well.
