You weren't the only one! It caught me off-guard.dave13 wrote:I must admit that really made me laugh![]()

But it's a nice homage to BR's marketing department.

Probably the best trailer I've seen in a long while!

Re: AP Class 37 Vol 2
Hopefully this will include the 37/9 and the wipac light fitted DRS one and mybee the EPS sleeper 37/6s
Re: AP Class 37 Vol 2
Extremely unlikely considering it is advertised as being unrefurbished locos.31160 wrote:Hopefully this will include the 37/9 and the wipac light fitted DRS one and mybee the EPS sleeper 37/6s

Oh is it i thought it was everything not in the first packUSRailFan wrote:Extremely unlikely considering it is advertised as being unrefurbished locos.31160 wrote:Hopefully this will include the 37/9 and the wipac light fitted DRS one and mybee the EPS sleeper 37/6s
Re: AP Class 37 Vol 2
I’m sure it’s all the unrefurbished locos only so that would be Just the 37/0s. Now if some of the 37/0s do have wipac lights then they may get included. Out of interest how many 37/0s are still in main line service?31160 wrote:Oh is it i thought it was everything not in the first packUSRailFan wrote:Extremely unlikely considering it is advertised as being unrefurbished locos.31160 wrote:Hopefully this will include the 37/9 and the wipac light fitted DRS one and mybee the EPS sleeper 37/6s
Re: AP Class 37 Vol 2
I guess we _might_ also see the 37/3 as AFAIK the only outward difference on these were different bogies?

Re: AP Class 37 Vol 2
Correct, forgot about the /3s. The bogies came from the Deltics iirc. Some had strengthened couplers too.USRailFan wrote:I guess we _might_ also see the 37/3 as AFAIK the only outward difference on these were different bogies?

Quite possibly.USRailFan wrote:I guess we _might_ also see the 37/3 as AFAIK the only outward difference on these were different bogies?
In volume 1, the bogies can appear either as plate or cast depending on the loco number/era.

Re: AP Class 37 Vol 2
Arh but what 37/3s? Does that mean the original number series that were the last constructed ie the Llanwern iron ore pool (which did have strengthened couplers) or the short lived Motherwell ravensgraig pool 37310-324?? Or the regeared 37/3 ie 37330-384 (with gaps) its more complicated than first appearsEEType3 wrote:Correct, forgot about the /3s. The bogies came from the Deltics iirc.
