Does anyone know if these GWR Castle sets(from former HST sets) are now available to download anywhere.

If you have the Class 43 (MTU)/Mk3 Enhancement Pack from AP you can create you own by removing the First Class, Buffet car and one of the TS coaches.
The first versions did not have Power Doors so are correct in the GWR Green livery in that pack

AFAIK there is not a reskin to download
