If you wish to swap locos do it in the game as it is so much easier.

Edit the Scenario you wish to change.
Move the loco with the instructions to an adjacent track.
Delete the old tender
Place the replacement loco and tender on the train
Click on the Driver icon on the old loco and Drag them on to the new loco

Don't forget to remove the old loco :o - I forgot once and something hit it

F2 to save job done and that Scenario always has the changed locos

What happens if you try the same Black 5 in a Quick Drive on a different route?

Go here
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... 5a-0MHTqc6

Look in Fixes\Assets\SSS\Stainmore\PreLoad\Fragments\Locos\Black_5
copy the 3 files in there to
Railworks\Assets\SSS\Stainmore\PreLoad\Fragments\Locos\Black_5
(It should overwrite 3 files)

That should fix it
(The files were referencing a non existent blueprint)

Dave

The other files in there can also be downloaded if you like, they will fix some other issues
there is a Fixes.txt detailing what I've done

Hi Dave thanks for the information, but i did not anticipate having to mess about downloading and installing files for this route that did not come cheap.Rather disappointed really .I might leave well alone for now as i am not a fan of doing this especially on a new route. Many thanks again.Peter.

Takes a few seconds to download, unzip and install...really very easy - and only a few files, nothing major. If you need help - plenty here - don't give up.

So much comes with this route (detail, skill, content) that it really isn't expensive at all - £29.50 versus standard DTG standard £24.99!

Fantastic route and supported by the builders :)

Hi, thanks Dave and Rod i have now tried and been successful to install the fix for the Black 5 loco and everything is running perfect. I must agree the route is excellent and thanks to the developers. Thanks for all your help and patience.Peter.

Hi Guys

I cant seem to find any other scenarios for this route, other than the ones that come with it.

Surely there must be some out there ? I would love to try one using a diesel loco or DMU if you know of any please ?

Thanks

Anyone still getting having the NE reskins of the Kuju wagons not working? I've reinstalled the pack after the update, but it still doesn't work.

I just cloned some of the scenarios that came with it and swapped the Steam loco for something I could drive - like a Class 31 or a Class 40
