I agree with you about the LTS route, if it's made, I hope it would include the Tilbury route as well,
Loco's neede would be the original Tilbury Tanks the Stanier 2-6-4T and BR Std 4T, I think the Victory Works new WD 2-8-0 were used on freight trains
