Routes not appearing properly when dynamic lighting is on.

Evenin' All -
I have two routes which I have this problem with (The Mid Hants Railway from JT and the IoW Network from UKTS), one of which I particularly enjoy playing. When I upgraded from a laptop to a Desktop PC, some time ago now, I found I could run routes with the nice dynamic lighting on, and it's really made everything look so much better.
So, I went to go and drive one of my favourite routes - The Isle of Wight Network. Loaded up a blank free-roam - Nothing. Everything, or almost everything, was pure white. Everything seemed to have loaded (some things were casting shadows which revealed other things) but was just white. So I faffed around a bit and eventually wondered if the cause was the new lighting. So I turned it off, restarted the game, reloaded the blank scenario and sure enough the route was fine.
Tried this, some time later, with the MHR route which hadn't been used since I started using the PC (Not being the most up-to-date of routes) and sure enough the same problem occurred.
Any ideas as to what might be causing this problem?
