Problem with Shimmering Scenery

Have you tried it with a different season? Might be shadows as well. not got route so can't check the assets. However I seem to be getting a band of distortion across the middle of the screen with anything other than the non option so might be a result of some of the windows updates I've had recently - W10 - v1903

I'm in the past with W7 x64 for now until I need to upgrade to W10.
The Free roam is on a Sunny day so I might give a change to the weather and see if that makes a change
