When I get back off holiday next Sunday I will use Windows to Uninstall both routes and then try again.
If that does not work I remove them again using windows and put the previous version back on which I kept after downloading.

Are you talking about the update so you could run the S8? as you had to update 3 routes.
Dear Sir/Madam,
As you bought one or more of the following Just Trains routes, we're letting you know that the software for all of them has now been updated.
Please see the Support pages for more details:
Chiltern Main Line: London-Birmingham
Chiltern Main Line London-Aylesbury Extension
London-Aylesbury
If you are planning to buy our new S8 Advanced add-on, which will be available later today, please note that these routes MUST be updated for the S8 to run correctly.

The website say there should be 15 Standard Scenarios
Does anyone else who installed this update have scenarios for the Aylesbury section?
The Mainline to Birmingham seems ok

I have no scenarios for the London - Aylesbury Extension with the update. The only scenarios present are for the Chiltern Mainline. Think most of the folks here are too busy using the S8 to have noticed.
Downloaded, uninstalled and reinstalled without success. Presume Just Trains have missed them out of the install.

Peter, if you have a backup of the pre-updated route all you need to do is copy over those missing scenery tiles and scenarios; no need at all to mess about un-installing/re-installing.

I have just noticed the same thing Aylesbury scenarios missing , I have downloaded again but still no scenarios. the map shows Aylesbury Little Kimble etc but no scenarios beyond Amersham, I assume JT are aware of this, mind you I was told at an early age never assume etc etc.

I had an email from JT Support - 09/04/2019 @ 14:24
We are currently aware of this issue and the developers are working to try to fix this.
John
PS
I had (see my previous picture) all the missing scenarios, but copying across a lot the stock seems to have been repositioned oris not sitting on the track correctly I have edited some and then they run fine, my guess is the scenery has changed in certain areas. I@m not sure by the way if they all were JT Scenarios.

Not the scenery John, but the track....where the scenery sits has no influence on rolling stock, you can drive through buildings with no issues.

Having returned off holiday today I checked my emails and there was one from Simon at JT Support
He recommended removing the CML and the Aylesbury line then reinstalling them
I did so by using the Windows Control panel to remove the various bits
Simon mentioned the Aylesbury line had been updated to v1.04 so I downloaded that too.
Installed the main route CML_1.06 and then the Aylesbury extension CML_Aylesbury 1.04
A drop in to the editor took me to the free roam scenario I had created
Then looking at the section approaching Harrow on the Hill everything seemed ok
Not had a chance for a run but it's looking good again
