I've not experienced any problems with it. Whilst you mean well John, unless it's been reported as hitting TS there's no point in possibly causing a panic in here.

No problems here, TS2019 whizzing along, and now with an exciting new route (Hudson Line) today - yes I know most of you groan at the thought of an American route, but this is pretty intense commuter, and Amtrak, and freight stuff

I agree Gary but I saw this line down the bottom in comments
"Train Simulator (Dovetail Games) is stuttering a bit more frequently than before"
Not trying to cause a panic, just suggesting a delay of a week or two.
John

Yeah, but "Train Simulator (Dovetail Games) is stuttering a bit more frequently than before with frame rates going from 56-60 fps to 14 fps for one or two seconds" with no testing methodology or baseline figures is not proof of a problem. I can measure frame rates on a nightly basis that are lower then earlier in the evening due to Nod32 scanning; having other intensive tasks running in the background will cause TS to run slower...and so on. If the figures from "before" in the above quote were "going from 56-60 fps to 14 fps for about a second" any perceived *clobbering* of the frame rate is/could be dismissed as observational error.
There are a huge number of user observations relating to post installation woes that are worded along these lines....
consuming significant amount of CPU when I put on my Oculus Rift headset
Massive stuttering (and I'm using a g-sync monitor)
so do we take that as meaning that Oculus Rift and/or G-Sync monitors are part of the problem? and to confuse things even more one post states
I'm simply stating a performance problem brought about with this Windows Update that specifically affects Destiny 2, on Destiny's SubReddit.
Far, far too early to say that it's something that will affect everybody, in whatever game they play.
