Triggering AI to whistle at a destination marker

Post by alanch »

Is this possible? I've almost completed a trainspotting scenario with plenty of passing AI, and it would be great if I could get the engines to whistle as they approach the station.

If anyone knows how to do this, please tell.

Lots of steam and early diesels from 1959 to 1963.

Have you tried using the whistle board from the Riviera 50's route? I don't know if you can use them as asset in scenarios, but they make AI trains whistle/sound horn.

Thanks - I'll have a look at that.

It looks like they are designed to work with the player train - they are definitely used in career scenarios so that if you don't whistle you lose points.
