Re: Drivable DBSO?
No, mine works with the keyboard fine, so far I've tested it with the NR 31 and one of the EP 68s, all ok. Sorry yours still isn't playing nicely

Re: Drivable DBSO?
Does the GLV work Ok in the same scenario using the keyboard Peter?
Re: Drivable DBSO?
D'oh. I found the 'drivable' DBSO and it works fine, the only issue that I have is that weird light thing when you switch he headlights on that was mentioned at the beginning of the thread.

Re: Drivable DBSO?
The loco I was originally testing the DBSOs was the Kuju 37 and the driver Icon is on the 37
So now I tried other locos and every one works from the Cab of the DBSO with the Keyboard.
BUT - the Keyboard only works from where the Driver Icon is.
Change Ends and you have to use F4 or the Mouse
Tried a GLV and BRB2 33 - Ok from the GLV but not from the 33
Although the controls would move, brakes release and the locos engine revved up the Amps needle stayed at 0 and the loco did not move
Also tried the GLV & 73 which is keyboard drivable from GLV and Loco - must be something in the scripting?

Re: Drivable DBSO?
As an aside, if anybody is interested, i have found that the Class 37 from Thomson's West Highland Line route works very nicely indeed with the DBSO, just a shame that there isn't many reskins at all for it, but VP's Colas 37421 skin fits the bill exactly when pushing an NR test train!

Re: Drivable DBSO?
And the AP Wherry Line Reskins of the S&C 37 in to DRS Livery.
There is a Scenario for WCMLoShap which is a Preston - Carnforth run.
If a similar run was made Southbound it would suit the DBSO in DRS Livery

Does the Wherry Lines 37 power up? When I tried it, it would push the train no problem, but the engine would remain idle.

Not sure - not tried that locoTElsmore wrote:Does the Wherry Lines 37 power up? When I tried it, it would push the train no problem, but the engine would remain idle.
One of the other locos I downloaded was 37067(?) Worth Valley Railway which also would not work with the DBSO - lots of noise and no movement

Re: Drivable DBSO?
Ha ha, it was the opposite for me, all the movement but no noise......Except the Highland Line 37, that works a treat!!
