Speed fix for RSC Class 87 Pack

Hello all and a happy Christmas. I was wondering if anyone knew where to find a patch to fix the top speed of the RSC version of the Class 87 pack. In default setting it starts to run out of juice at 80mph and inches slowly to a top speed of 100mph. As you all know, it should easily achieve 110mph plus, as is the case for the WCMLoS version. I'm sure I've fixed it before, it's just I can't remember how I did it. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
