Re: WCML & the Midlands V5
I don't know if this has been mentioned or not, but a Birmingham NS, there seems to be an issue with either the platform placement or the texture. This appears on my system to be the surface of the platform flickering.

Re: WCML & the Midlands V5
That happens when 2 assets overlap, so I imagine that's what's going on there. Not a lot you can do about it I'm afraid.
Re: WCML & the Midlands V5
It’s definitely when you Place Two Assets on Top of one another it napped a lot in MSTS in a lot of Freeware Route’s
Re: WCML & the Midlands V5
Looking for "volunteers" to test the installation process for the v5 update.
Could do with testing on both standard and AP track enhanced versions.
Any offers ?

I've got v4, but haven't installed v5. I have the AP enhanced track installed.
Let me know if I can help - my email is tim at maxtel.tv

Re: WCML & the Midlands V5
This is a test installation for the v5 update. If you've not got WCMLv5, you can't really help. Thanks anyway.maxcook wrote:I've got v4, but haven't installed v5. I have the AP enhanced track installed.

Re: WCML & the Midlands V5
WCMLv5 Update installation test.
Along with the corrections and alterations, this update changes the directory structure to allow for a replacement trackbed texture and Brighton Mainline weather.
Changes are made to the developer folder and the route folder, so it's worth backing theses up first.
Download from: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AlmuVeOYVHiWm389gEjPioFYdaMl
Installation instructions (two step process) included.
There should be one Free Roam scenario and six new Quick drive scenarios (I'm still working on adding AI for the two “DC” line scenarios)
The removal of Euston Sheds “Through Siding1” should be the first indication that the installation has worked correctly.

If anyone still has the mysterious "tree", I can't help, as I don't have it. You'll have to remove it in the Editor.

Re: WCML & the Midlands V5
Great work, Alex. I've just installed and done my first end-to-end trip on v5. Really enjoyable.Alex55 wrote:I have adjusted the bushes along the side of the tunnel wall.deltic100 wrote:Will I need to open Route in World Editor and Remove The Bush’s from Kensal Green Tunnel or does this Patch Fix that

Curiously I now have the missing tree back at Kensal Green, after previously deleting it in the World Editor. No problem for me to delete again, but thought I'd mention it. (Wondering if it's appearance/non-appearance something to do with a transparency decal at the tunnel mouth? Thinking aloud, really.)

Thanks. Looks like it's a thumbs up for the installation process so faryerkes wrote:Great work, Alex. I've just installed and done my first end-to-end trip on v5. It must definitely be something at my end, problem is, as I can't see it, I can't remove it
Just for clarity (nothing to do with the tree
Re: WCML & the Midlands V5
Before you remove the "Tree", could you try to identify it for me ?
