Railtraction is having a sale and this one is listed. I don't have it but do have the RSSLO version.
After viewing images there are some visual differences so I don't think they are one and the same.

Any comments/opinions on which is preferred or on having both?

I haven't got the RSSLO one, I went for the Railtraction one because I believed it to be less complicated to set up.
