It's the cab of a postwar einheits elok. Speculation is that it's either. BR141 or a BR150, the BR150 seems most likely given details of the cab layout.
So that would mean a six axle freight engine.

I'm going for the BR 141 - but I might be wrong

The speedometer is for me the convincing detail that it will be a BR150 - it shows up to 120km/h. The speedometer always shows a higher max speed than the rated max speed of the engine.
The max speed of the BR141 was 120km/h.
On this page you can find, near the bottom, some pictures of a BR141 can. If you Ion in, you can see that the speedometer shows 140km/h as max.
The cab view shown by vR shows max 120km/h.

Yes, good point Tim
I was forgetting some locos/units show a higher speed on the Speedo than the max operating speed

Yes, you're right, Tim, cannot be the 141 then...

Well well, seems I was wrong, they indeed announced a BR141 after all!

I wonder what the difference between the two models is - apart from the paint job?

Headlights/Taillights is the most obvious thing. Position of ETH jumper as well, horn on one, whistle on another.

The Head/Tail lights don't appear, to me, to be different
The earlier batch of the locos had just the single head/tail light housing - later locos had separate housings for each lamp
It's not like they rebuilt the earlier locos when the livery changed

I was going to ask what the difference was between this and the 140! You read my mind Pete! Besides, I'm more looking forward to the extension of the Konstanz Villigen route!
