West Coast Mainline LNW Routes

Hi Guys

I’ve always felt the LNW routes always got a little disregarded in TrainSim, except the recent addtion of the Trent Valley line there really isn’t anything south of Preston, Ofcourse the very recent release of NWC has given us Crewe but still doesn’t offer any great LNW scenarios to utilise the assets put there

I’m currently working on a number projects which mainly focus on LNW with Birmingham the center point for the project.

I have several more long term projects currently under development, Birmingham to Euston, Shrewsbury, Liverpool, Manchester and Preston. All will be released in smaller stages

My first project that will be complete May 2018 however is the Birmingham New Street Loop to Walsall line, will give great scenarios for the new AP170, 350 and a range of freight out of Bescot

See link to my project any help or comments always welcome to make it better.

Personally I think the proper and original LNWR has been massively overlooked in TS, and as such I was hoping that clicking here would lead me to a pre-grouping route.

Oh well...

Nice work though, even if not to my taste.

Looking good, great to see someone giving some attention to the West Midlands.

We already have a very good Euston - Birmingham.

Hence my hoping... there's a good modern route, and the inclusion of 'LNW' made me hope even more.

Even a Big-Four era route would be better than nout, and thankfully Digital Traction are helping here.

True and they created some great assets but the Midlands has been neglected hence why my projects primarily focus New Streets other routes and expanding on their work

Yeah sorry for false luring, I work on the railway so just know it has London North West South but your right not enough from yester-years, I would have liked an 80’s Midlands but there’s just a lot more information and tools to use to get the modern picture

Fantastic work so far. Will definitely complement recent packs!

There are plenty of us who appreciate - and love - modern routes. :D

I'm very interested in this route. Does it use custom or generic assets?

Maybe Wolverhampton to Shrewsbury next?

Seconded. Looks like a cracking route, if it ever reaches Stourbridge that will be even better :)
