Re: Bacup rescue.
It appears that I included a few reskins (Kuju and UKTS_FP) in the route, that were not in the Asset Pack (one or 2 buildings and a couple of cars). I am putting together an extra Asset pack to include these. Please be patient. I doubt that their omissions will detract from the route at present!

Hi - my RW Tools error report lists five missing files:brysonman46 wrote:It appears that I included a few reskins (Kuju and UKTS_FP) in the route, that were not in the Asset Pack (one or 2 buildings and a couple of cars). Assets\Kuju\RailSimulator\scenery\Vehicles2\BATH_TEMP_popular black.bin (Scenery Item) on tile -000001+000001.bin
Assets\Kuju\RailSimulator\scenery\Vehicles3\BATH_TEMP_popular brown.bin (Scenery Item) on tile -000001+000001.bin
Assets\SAD\Foliage_Pack1\roses_tree (2).bin (Scenery Item) on tile -000001-000001.bin
Assets\UKTS_FP\Housing\PJT\Scenery\Buildings2\FP_PJT_House06_.bin (Scenery Item) on tile -000001+000000.bin
Assets\Wotawally\Scenery\Churches\WW_Chapel-1.bin (Scenery Item) on tile +000000-000001.bin
I assume your pack will cover the first two and the fourth of these.
It looks like the SAD file is a copy of 'roses_tree.bin', and should be replaced by this file.
I can't find any churches in the three Wotawolly scenery downloads - is it available on the Wotawolly site?

I've just seen the message on the Railworks Forum site, and downloaded the Chapel - you can find it here https://www.wotawallysbits.co.uk/re-skins .alanch wrote:I can't find any churches in the three Wotawolly scenery downloads - is it available on the Wotawolly site?

Re: Bacup rescue.
Hi Alanch
I am just finalising a pack for the reskins - in the next hour or so. The SAD doubles must be a legacy from the Asset pack I was given - the dates are 2013 and 2015. They should not be a problem, as they are only in someone's garden! My fault, I should have checked before bundling! I have too many balls in the air
regards
Nick

Re: Bacup rescue.
Please note that I have updated UKTS file ID 38154 Vehicles and Houses Reskins to include the Lofts of Gen fence Post n Rail/ Slant Fence (ex 18080 and 18081), having discovered that I had permission to bundle them! (still awaiting approval for the changes)

Re: Bacup rescue.
About 11 miles (Bacup to Rochdale). The line Bacup to Rawtenstall has about 1 mile without scenery, that from Rochdale to Yorkshire about 1 mile, from Rochdale to Oldham about 1/2 mile, and from Rochdale to Castleton about 2 miles. The complete circle will be about 40 miles, with another 10 from Stubbins Junction to Accringtonshinymac wrote:What is the length of the current route which has total scenery ?

Thanks very much for the information. Think I might have a go at this route...sounds interesting.brysonman46 wrote:About 11 miles (Bacup to Rochdale). Re: Bacup rescue.
If anybody has any observations to make about the route (errors, omissions, faults in scenarios) then please post them over the next week. I will be issuing a Version 1.1 in about 2 weeks time, which will include having jointed track instead of the continuous welded (any one notice the lack of clickety-clack?). One or 2 amendments to the Manual. Possibly a few more scenarios. Has any one any suggestions regarding scenarios that they would like to see? I may add some using the Caledonian Stock (locos and coaches) - right period, wrong area [we could imagine Exchange Trials in 1920 (just prior to the Grouping) similar to the ones in 1948 on newly formed BR].

Re: Bacup rescue.
I am trying to play the first scenario in the route. I keep getting told that game cannot load the Mt P1-P3 stock. I have purchased 3 packs for this from Steam but still issues. Can anyone confirm they can play this scenario. RW Tolls reports the stock is not missing but loads of files are - (are these in the ap file?)
Many thanks

Re: Bacup rescue.
Hi Chris. I take it it's the 1937 scenario. A quick glimpse at the scenario requirements and it say's it's the LMS P1&P2 Early Coach Pack that is needed. Note on the "EARLY", not the LMS Late, BR Crimson & Cream or the BR Maroon, the EARLY! Use RW Tools to swap them if you don't have them.

Re: Bacup rescue.
The one problem I had it with the doors of the L&Y Coaches included in the pack opening on Both sides at the same time if the platform is on the LH Side but non opening if the platform is on the right side.brysonman46 wrote:If anybody has any observations to make about the route (errors, omissions, faults in scenarios) then please post them over the next week. But I think that is more a problem with the stock than the route.
